Restructured in back in 2002 acquiring assets and premises of famous machine tool company New Bharat Engineering Works Pvt. Ltd. (est. 1951), collaborated with WMW- Germany. Driven by the technology and willingness to achieve the name in field of manufacturing, Geeta Machine Tools Pvt. Ltd. developed ‘NEW BHARAT’ Horizontal Boring and Milling Machine. Later manufacturing hi-tech CNC Machines and CNC Special Purpose Machines. Currently more than 10,000 machines are manufactured and supplied all over India and abroad.
